As a Senior Vice President heading Exodus Capital branch and part of Summit Planners Cluster which is a cluster of branch units representing Manulife Financial Advisers Pte Ltd, I have a wealth of experience in the insurance/financial industry and a proven track record of nurturing Financial Services Consultants (“FSCs”) to achieve their targets. I am responsible for managing my branch’s activities and motivating them to hit or exceed their targets. I have helped to nurture many MDRT and achievers. 

I am passionate about leading and motivating my team to perform at their optimum and drive organizational success. I believe in continuous learning and constantly encourage my branch to expand their ability by upgrading their skills and increasing their knowledge. In addition, I place great emphasis on professionalism and integrity, as I believe this will enable my people to stand out positively. 

In Summit Planners Cluster, we have various digital initiatives to help our FSCs excel in their business. Our digital methods involve automated daily posting to our advisers’ social media accounts to ensure a consistent stream of content for our advisers’ social media channels. On top of that, our lead generation method is also crucial in attracting potential customers for our FSCs. We believe that continuous learning is the key to success. We provide our FSCs with the most comprehensive, interactive, and flexible learning experience through our e-learning platform which allows our FSCs to learn effectively at their own pace and time. Last but not least, we also helped our FSCs maintain contact with our existing clients by sending regular newsletters and updates.
